What we collect when you contact us to book a repair, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Your name, email address, the timepiece you're bringing in, preferred service dates, and any special requests about your watch or clock—such as whether it's a family heirloom or needs a specific type of movement work. We also record basic technical data such as browser type and the pages you visit.
Only the watchmaker restoring your timepiece and the suppliers we need for parts or specialist work. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.
We use cookies to remember your repair history and to see which services people read most. You can block them in your browser.
Ask and we will show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Write through the contact page and we will confirm when it is done.
