These terms apply to this website and to every repair booked with us. By submitting your timepiece you accept them.
Photographs, movement diagrams and restoration descriptions are ours; please do not copy them for commercial use. We keep service information current, but clockwork and watch movements vary—we assess each piece individually when it arrives.
A repair is confirmed only when we write back to say so. Payment terms and cancellation are set out on the booking page.
We supply the watchmaking tools, specialized equipment, and workspace for your repair. You arrange your own insurance, transport to our workshop, and any personal protective gear beyond what we provide.
Complications discovered during disassembly, parts availability, or the condition of the movement can require our watchmaker to adjust the scope or timeline. That call rests with the expert on the bench.
Vintage timepiece restoration carries inherent risk. We conduct all work with reasonable care and skill, but are not responsible for damage from pre-existing conditions, material failure, or wear beyond our control.
